Dr. Todd Davis earned his DDS degree from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1989 after which he completed a two-year general practice residency. He maintains a comprehensive restorative practice in Atlanta, Georgia.
In addition to practicing Dr. Davis enjoys teaching. He is on the visiting faculties of the L.D. Pankey Institute and Spear Education. He has lectured nationally and internationally on a variety of topics. He also facilitates small group learning in his office and throughout the country as well as doing one-on-one consulting in offices.

Chelsea Erickson, DDS
Chelsea Erickson is a native of North Dakota and currently practices with Dr. Paul Stadem in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. She has been in private practice for 11 years after Graduating from Creighton Dental School in 2010. Chelsea enjoys a multidisciplinary approach to dentistry and patient care. She has invested in learning about tongue restrictions and sleep disorders for the last 7 years and enjoys the variety and next level of comprehensive care that it brings to her practice.
Pamela Maragliano-Muniz, DMD
Dr. Maragliano-Muniz was a dental hygienist before earning her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from UCLA School of Dentistry. She is a board-certified prosthodontist, the Chief Editor for DentistryIQ.com and Editorial Director for Dental Academy of Continuing Education. In addition, she is a Chief Development Officer for Cellerant Consulting Group, a faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, maintains a private practice in Salem, MA. She lectures internationally and is extensively published. Her passion for prevention has stayed with her throughout her career and in 2010, Dr. Maragliano-Muniz was awarded the 2010 Adult Preventive Care Practice of the Year by the American Dental Association.
Edwin A. McDonald, DDS
As a general dentist in Plano, Texas for more than 30 years, Dr. Edwin A. McDonald focuses on aesthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. By working with a superb team of specialists and technicians, using the latest technology, and building high-trust relationships, Dr. Mac and team guide their patients to better health, well-being, and confidence. Dr. Mac loves learning and stays involved in education as a visiting faculty member at The Pankey Institute. He is a speaker at national and regional meetings, a published author, and has served as chairman of the Southwest Dental Conference and the annual session of the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. McDonald has completed the Executive and Professional Coaching Program of the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. His coaching practice, Line Of Sight Coaching, focuses on leadership development for dentists and other health care professionals who are seeking more rewarding, enjoyable, and profitable careers in today’s complex marketplace.
Uche Odiatu, DMD
Dr. Uche Odiatu is the author of The Miracle of Health, a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and a practicing dentist in Toronto. Joshua Polansky, CDT
Joshua Polansky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Rutgers University in 2004. While working part-time at a dental laboratory, he took advantage of an opportunity to apprentice with distinguished master technician, Olivier Tric of Oral Design Chicago. Mr. Tric opened Joshua’s eyes to a whole new world of possibilities. He made the decision to become a master dental technician following the path that Tric had forged. He continued to acquire technical skills by studying in Europe with other mentors and experts in the field such as Klaus Muterthies. Joshua earned his Masters degree in dental ceramics at the UCLA Center for Esthetic Dentistry under Dr. Edward McLaren. Joshua Continued his training under Jungo Endo and Hiroaki Okabe at UCLA’s advanced prosthodontics and maxillofacial program working on faculty and residents cases. Joshua currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ where he is the owner and operator of Niche Dental Studio
Todd R. Sander, DMD
Dr. Todd R. Sander is a 2001 graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry and maintains a restorative practice in Charleston, SC. Dr. Sander and his team focus their efforts to provide a relationship based experience for patients where co-discovery and trust is the foundation to clinical decision making and treatment planning. Increasingly, his practice is more centered on advanced restorative, TMD, and Dental Sleep Medicine therapy. Dr. Sander began studying at the Pankey Institute in 2004 and credits his studies there as the primary driving force in developing excellence in the clinical and behavioral skills necessary for such a practice.
Dr. Sander is a member of two Pankey Affiliated Learning Groups helping establish and host the more recent of the two in his hometown of Charleston, SC. He is also active in promoting the “Adopt-A-Dental School” program at the Medical University of South Carolina for the Pankey Institute.
Dr. Sander is active in his local community serving as Chair of the Hans Koebig Scholarship Fund for the Rotary Club of St. Andrews (Charleston). He is active at his church and has served on the Board of Directors for The First Baptist Church School of Charleston including chairing the curriculum committee.
Professionally, Dr. Sander has served as past clinical director for the Charleston Dental Clinic (a local charitable clinic) and two years as chair of the Pankey Institute Alumni/Annual Meeting Committee. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, South Carolina Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
In balancing the demands of his professional life, Dr. Sander enjoys boating, gardening, and spending time with his wife, Melinda, raising their four children Rutledge(10), William(8), Helms(8), and Elizabeth(4).
Talmadge Wilkins IV, DMD
Dr. Tal Wilkins IV is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. He completed a general practice residency followed by training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, now Augusta University. He is a visiting faculty member and serves on the Board of Advisors at the Pankey Institute where his focus is Advanced Restorative Dental Treatment, Complex Occlusion (Bite) Problems and Aesthetics. Additionally, Dr. Wilkins is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry where he is an accreditation Candidate, a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologist. He maintains a private practice, with his wife, Dr. Leah Wilkins, in Aiken, South Carolina.
